Reconditioned Single wire saw Pellegrini DF2000
Second-hand reconditioned single wiresaw for block squaring with the rotating trolley. It’s perfect for squaring granite and marble blocks.
We install a new inverter 22 Kw for the main wire motor and we install the encoder-system down the trolley to visualize the position in the panel
This wiresaw machine has been fully reconditioned in our workshop.

The refurbishing of a wire saw includes:
- Dismantling
- Sandblasting
- Repainting with epoxy-primer and polyurethane paint
- New seals, bearings and rubber liners in the wheels
- Repairing of the fiber-glass doors (wheel covers)
- New inverter 22 Kw in the main motor
- Reconditioning of the rotating trolley
- Installation in our workshop for testing
