Rotary 6 station double layer tile press OPA 650 complete with doser for the upper surface of tiles and a hopper as a charger for the second layer. The tiles are removed by an automatic extracting carriage. The machine can manufacture 300 x 300 tiles and also 250 x 250 tiles. The tile machine comes complete with the following;
A complete batching plant that prepares the wet mix of the tile surface. This comprising of 3 silos with weighing conveyer to take chippings/sand/marble powder, a large cement silo with screw pipe transporter. Both feeding planetary mixer to prepare mixture to be sent to doser of tile press.
A screw mixer for the preparation of the second layer complete with silo to feed hopper of tile press.
All plant is equipped with conveyer belts and whole plant is synchronised to work all automatic.
