Reconditioning Bridge saw Denver Skema

6 steps for Reconditioning a Bridge saw Denver Skema

STEP 1:
We dismantle the bridge saw still installed in the customer workshop (in this case the customer sold us the machine, so he was the seller). The dismantled machine is loaded on truck for transport to our reconditioning center

STEP 2:
The machine is disassembled into its main parts (electrical cabinet, table, air systems, and so on) to allow the first control and the selection of the parts to be repaired or replaced with new ones. In this way  we prepare the machine for sandblasting  phase

STEP 3:
The main frame of the bridge saw has been sandblasted for removing rust and some particularly worn parts have been reconstructed

STEP 4:
The painting step consists in the use of 2 different products: first the two-component epoxy primer and then polyurethane industrial paint

STEP 5:
The bridge saw is now ready for reassembling  (air system, electrical panel, table and so on)

STEP 6:
In this phase, we tested the machine and simulated cutting activities for final configurations
