6 Steps for reconditioning a Barsanti LCA Polisher

Step 1:
Dismantling at the client’s factory and transport to our Reconditioning Center

Step 2:
Disassembling of the machine to allow the reconditioning of the frame and parts that make up the machine: spindles, calibrators, belt, pipes, electric plant and so on

Step 3:
Sandblasting of the frame for rust removal and preparation to the painting process

Step 4:
Painting with dual component primer first and polyurethane epox paint afterwards

Step 5:
Checking of the electrical panel, reconditioning of the spindles and substitution of bearings, bellows and seal. Re-assembling of the machine

Step 6:
Testing and polishing simulations
