Dismantling at the client’s factory and transport to our Reconditioning Center

Sandblasting of the structure for rust removal and preparation to the painting process

Painting with dual component primer first and polyurethane epox paint afterwards.

Eventual substitution of drives, CN boards and other cards needed for updating the machine and assembling of the electrical panel. Reconditioning of the spindle with new bearings and substitution of bellows and seals (if necessary). Re-assembling of the machine.
